Worst way of handling business. They only had one person waiting at 5:20pm, and they close at 6:00pm. I walk in, and they said they “couldn’t” take anymore people. 40 min before you close, you stop serving customers? I have been a loyal Sports Clips customer for the past 3 years, but this store just prevented me from going again! Oh, and how about you lock the door and turn off the Open sign, that would prevent anyone from coming in and being let down!

My stylist was finishing up and didn't check the guard on her trimmers. Now I've got a short line through the middle of my head, just in time for $300 family pictures. Awesome. Worst of all she didn't acknowledge the mistake and tried to cover it up with shears. I will not be back to this location, absolutely ridiculous.

KD is the absolute best! She is so thorough, takes her time, and always makes great conversation. If you go here give her a try if she's available and if not, go another day, she is worth the wait. Couldn't recommend her enough.Price: $26

Ashley, the Store Manager always cuts my hair and does a great job. She is very personable, always remembers my style, is patient and kind to everyone. Would definitely recommend her if you have a preference on who cuts your hair, she ROCKS!

1 of 2 haircuts aren’t good. My son can’t return in time. Price too expensive in my opinion. No resolution other than return to fix.

Switched to Sport Clips from Great Clips and I'll never go back. The haircut is better, staff is nicer and my ear doesn't get cut anymore
