Junk product. I was told it would apply easier than oil based stain but it doesn't. This water based stain takes 5 coats to look descent. Waste of time and money. I feel scammed.

Called an order of ten gallons of stain. Had a hard time even communicating in the first place because the gentleman who answered seems to sit silent until you ask if he's still there. Then he angrily says yes I'm here. Beyond that, called in an order at 8:55 am, said I'd be there within the hour. I show up at 10:00 on the dot (traffic) and he's not even started the tinting nor say any of the cans out. Gave him my name, my account, all over the phone. I run a business and don't have time to wait all day. This took just under half an hour to get the materials. Absolute joke and I won't ever come back to this store.

The customer service is great on top of selling great products. This is a newer Sherwin-Williams just off Michigan Road. I've been in a couple times now to pick up paint and color samples. There is a small parking lot in front of the store. On Friday, we ordered paint by phone to pick up curbside for a weekend project. The clerk that helped me out, was super friendly. I told him what color I wanted and he help us with which formulation to get. I was able to pay over the phone and the paint was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Getting product was easy and I didn't even have to go in the store. They even mixed it for me! The paint, as always, is high quality. Colors are exact. They make my DYI projects easy and rewarding. I'll be back.

The staff at this location was fantastic. They were very helpful when picking out the type of paint I needed for each project. They were quick and very kind. I would highly recommend this location. The paint projects turned out great too!

These guys are fantastic! After receiving a quote from a local painter that it'd cost $350 to come up with a custom stain that matches our 20 year old maple cabinets, Sherwin Williams' staff gladly helped and customized/matched the stain perfectly. The cost? Nothing! We purchased and quart of stain and they even honored my 30% off coupon! I'm more than pleased and will definitely be back!

Waited over an hour to pick up my paint i ordered online the day before. Only one person working on a saturday is obsurd. To make things worse the one guy working was rude, barely talked to customers.

Seems employees know as much about paint as I do and I’m a pipe fitter. Get the customer in and out, deal with problems later. Had a paint in their system which supposedly matched competitor. Not even close. Didn’t even attempt to verify with the sample I brought in. 1 pm on a Saturday.
