I switched from Kroger pharmacy to Meijer pharmacy, thinking they might be better organized and have better customer service. Nope! Dropped off refill 24 hrs ago and still not ready. I was told it didn’t make the cut. Twelve people working in pharmacy and one waiting on customers. Keep up the terrible job, I guess it’s just the industry standard.

35 min waiting for them to wait on 1 car at the drive up. Make that person come inside. This is ridiculous.

I have to agree with the negative reviews!They were great , at first !And now it’s always something for one of my meds. Whoever said the pharmacist thinks She’s the doc, when obviously She don’t know my medical history! Never had a pharmacist that plays doc! WOW newsflash, my medical issues are worsening, I won’t heal! Treat ppl how you’d like to be treated!

Meijer was unable to fill my prescription. Understood. When I return a call from them, the tech hung up on me. AS I WAS SPEAKING. Common courtesy goes a long way when the pharmacy is having problems filling a prescription. When I spoke to a manager, she was dismissive. It was obvious that they didn't care. Unfortunate, in today's world that when a store can't get what you need they are rude to the customer.

Went to pick up my prescribed shampoo. Meijer-pharmacy priced it at $13, but when I said it's $5 on GoodRx, she matched the price at $5. Ketoconazole (including the shampoo form) discovered some 40 years ago (so you can't blame it for being under some pharmaceutical patent) ... but it's just a pure business game now.Big insurance corps tried to buy GoodRx in 2023 multiple times (so they can charge patients as high as they can).

Competant, assuming you can get someone to notice you. They aren't understaffed, mind you, they're just happy to ignore you. Could be worse, but don't go here unless you have time to wait.

Just switched to this pharmacy to fill my generic birth control prescription since I already shop at Meijer. Almost all of the times I have visited this pharmacy there has been some issue with filling my prescription, causing me to have to make an extra trip back at a later time or become critically low on supply. I never had any issues at CVS. Most recently my dr wrote a prescription for a 3 month BC supply and they incorrectly filled one month supply. I was smart enough to check inside the bag before leaving but they said there was nothing they could do. I was trying to avoid having to come into the pharmacy more than necessary. In addition, what has made the experience even worse is the dismissive attitude of a few individuals working the register and a lack of explanation when there are “issues” with filling. When I walk into this pharmacy I now expect there will be some issues and I will leave without my prescription in hand.

Sent Rx on 2/15, told would be filled 2/19, and on 2/21 was told they didn't have it. Pharmacist was dismissive, said they received the Rx but didn't order it, said nobody takes this medicine. Meanwhile our child is left without critical medication while we have the Rx sent to a competent pharmacy.

Do not come here if you're in pain management. Pill counters that think they are smarter then your doctors. Broken hand leg hip replacement. But since my 7.5 norcs didn't help enough doc called me in a script of perc 5s and the pharmacist wouldn't fill them. Stuck up and wi try to make day as painful as they can.

I want to write a review for Meijer Bakery. They suck ! I ordered a cupcake cake for Birthday. Several days later, I paid and picked up. Right before we started singing at the party, I opened the cake box and found the cake so ugly, clumsy, not even close to so called cake decoration. The cake was sooooo embarrassing to even put candles on. I did not want to say I was in charge of birthday cake. My 5 years old son would have decorated the cake much, much better than that. After that, I've never, ever ordered another birthday cake from Meijer Whitestown Bakery... Not worth it the risk...Especially, you can't return and get the new one the next day... It is Birthday cake on the birthday...

I have almost quit shopping there. I regularly cannot find things that I need or want and the produce is often expired but still on the shelves. If you want something from the deli and have children, get a babysitter. The employees at the meat counter are better than anyone else in the store and have their own private social club which doesn't include shoppers.
