“I had the best customer service experience. I pulled up with five large boxes to ship. As I approached the door with two of the big boxes, I was hoping someone would be able to help with the door. When I looked in, I saw a customer service rep hurrying to the door to help. I was greeted with a big smile and a friendly hello.
The rep (Elijah) asked if I needed help with the rest of the boxes when I mentioned I needed to get more out of my car. With the added help, fast, friendly, and professional service, I felt like he went above and beyond.

1389 W 86th St, Indianapolis“I had called before b/c I wanted to verify that they're able to print my return label - no answer. I walked in, wasn't greeted, so I walked over to the gentleman getting a shipment ready and asked him if I provide a box, would they be willing to tape it and if they're able to print a label. He said yes, as long as it's not a lot of tape and that printing is $2.25. I was in and out within 5 minutes but for a piece of paper, it's $2.25, the ink is $.19. I'm just shocked. Of course I paid, I want to return the item but what a robbery. $2.45 in total (tax .1) for a return label...I knew I should have run to the library but it's farther!”
