If I could give a zero I would! Taking out self check out lines and making customers wait for 15 for a few items is riduluous!! All employees say it was corporate idea! Well corporate im here to tell u as u sit on your high hill making all the bucks; your idea was stupid ,inconvenient, nothing but a slap in the face of your customers!!! I can't even imagine around the holidays or if an emergency & people need to get in and our quickly!

As other reviews point out - this location is the worst Kroger period!
I’ll spend no more money with the Kroger Corporation after today’s visit. The store manager stands at the self checkout lanes and screams at the customer all day long.
She screamed at me for standing in line.
In her pea brain mind customers are supposed to line up down the middle isle then merge out into multiple register lanes.
There are no signs or guidance. I called the store to complain about being yelled at and she answered and was rude to me again. ha ha
Told me it had been like that for a while and she is the manager. Well I’ll tell you, she might be … but she’s the lousiest manager I have ever seen!
I heard her screaming at multiple customer after me for the same thing - place is a joke! I don’t recommend going in there.

Eddie in the floral department was fantastic. We weren’t going to be able to give our bouquet to our friend for a couple of hours. We were worried about our bouquet wilting, and wondered if he could do something to keep them well watered until then. He didn’t hesitate and spent the time to place a small vase of water on each and every rose. He was so kind and went the extra mile for us.

THIS IS THE WORST KROGER ON THE WEST SIDE! It is worth the 15 minute drive to go to a different Kroger. They never have any trained staff, tonight I waited 20 min for deli meat, and I was the first person in line. Also they never have any staff at the registers or to help at the self checkout. You will always wait 20 min+ in line to checkout. Absolute mess. Also their inventory is always empty. They are out of everything. JUST DONT GO!

I love the entire Kroger chain and their associates. The variety of prices and their offers. It doesn't stop surprising me. I love the freshness of their products, it is knowing how to search and having the application to be able to enjoy their various savings opportunities.

I have always loved to shop at Kroger. I had never been in this location, so decided to explored it. I always get their Incredibles sales, Today some shoppers were faisty about the line been a little busy, believe me it was not( just 2 of us customers on the line waiting) so last minute decision left line & went to get that 2 Wonderful deals with icream & popsicles....on my way back I noticed an employee trying to open the second section ( on your way out will be in the left side) open so I asked & her response was yes! ...I try to inform the other side of auto check outs to join us because it was open.I got it all my ingredients started with the icream chocolate mint plus popsicles, & my nutritious green juice next trying to search price & code for the poblano peppers but the register blocks Me theI try to restart but couldn't do it. So your Cashier who assisted me was CHEC # 513 show up try to explain but she keeps telling me when the security camera see something is not been scanned it will block becouse it's s getting steal? ..I had only run 3 items & was stuck with the poblano peppers ( not code sticker) but the rude think that happened was she put her finger in front of my face to made me stop talking shut up me of making any explanation not allowed to speak my side of this issue. The lack of training was definitely obvious which show her

Great selection of vegetables. Clean store. The new self checkout machine was difficult to manage. The self checkout service person was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable.

Very good establishment, everything very clean, tidy and everything that is vegetables looks fresh.
I found everything I needed very quickly because everything is in the place where it should go, the workers are very attentive to any help we may need. Excellent place to shop for your pantry.
