I will never go back to this location they have racist employees that get upset when you ask for help I call and made a report the lady that answer was black and claim she know what’s going on and it’s been complaints about our color but still no help which is sad sad sad I do not recommend

Staff are consistently friendly in my experience, especially at checkout. Butcher counter is always willing to answer questions and help. Selection is good for size of store (it's a smaller store).

Floral department staff do not know basic flowers or plants and are unable to provide any factual information or support regarding purchased plants.

Whoever the big man is with glasses that works the self checkout absolutely should not have this position. My boyfriend and I purchased liquor, and the cashier did not have the capabilities to scan maybe due to his age, but this guy had the worst attitude about helping his fellow coworker out. He slung the liquor across the cash register, huffed his breath and left with no other remark. Maybe he should consider a position he can handle. Imagine be a grown man throwing tantrums because he had to ring something up ???

Nice and friendly, laid-back atmosphere. People are very nice and reminded me of a old style grocery store. I love shopping here vs Meijer or Walmart!

This Kroger needs some manager attention.Cheeses regularly are not cut. When we ask if some cheeses can be cut, nobody asks want cheese we want to buy. They say "No, we can not cut it" or "I am working on it", - cutting something else. Not sure why this happens, may be there are some rules in place. It would be nice to hear at least when the cheese I want to buy will be ready.Today I "bought" a watermelon, the right way to put it - I donated $4 to Kroger. The watermelon is spoiled. It is slightly pink, soft and possibly might cause food poisoning. It might not be the season to buy watermelons (almost Christmas) but as I customer I trust the seller to be honest. I expect what is on a shelf is eatable. But it turns out it is not. May be somebody decided not to remove this produce after its use-by date passed. My conclusion? Do not trust quality of produce in Kroger. This watermelon specifically had to go to the dump long time ago. And it was a bad quality to start with - not ripe. Why to keep it on the shelves? The sushi department is nice though. A lot of hard working people stuff the shelves, work on check outs etc. The shop just needs a manager to go around and fix mentioned above problems.

I forgot my card and check out and one of the women had decided to roll her eyes and huff under her breath, and very annoyingly said OK, which made my situation even more stressful, knowing I had just lost my only way of payment.personally I will drive an extra mile just to get products and not go there again. Although one young guy was super sweet and kind and wholesome. he had bleached hair that was long and he was tall. The woman was old and obviously not happy where she worked ...

This grocery store may not be the biggest location at which to shop, but its convenience is unrivaled, and the location has served as a key Zionsville grocery hub for decades. There are occasional inventory hiccups, but overall the store has served the community well. The staff is always kind and helpful.

Smaller store, but always have everything I need. A couple of the cashiers and baggers are just plain awesome young kids with great work ethics. I've been behind a few customers that can be pretty rude to these young kids. But I wouldn't expect much else from Zionsville. Remember: we all started somewhere and should be grateful to see young kids working hard. You are appreciated!!
