Terrible place. They know that residents have covid and still try to send staff back after they have already been exposed. They don't require a staff memeber test neagtive before returning to work. They dont make their already poorly trained where mask and they dont follow standard infection control practices. Discusting place that doesnt care about staff or residents.

Heartland is a great place to work and is family oriented! I’ve worked here for 6+ years and don’t have any complaints. Over my time here I’ve seen a lot. Most companies Executives don’t show up to hospitals for their employees “Heartland” has. Upper Management is more than fair. Best part is random bonuses for showing they appreciate you. This is the business of caring!

Do NOT do work for this company. They will NOT pay their bills nor will they return a call when you inquire about it. I provided electrical repair service for them and have yet to receive payment or a return call after several email-lings of billing and half a dozen calls. I am told that the person in charge of payables will call me back, as they are never in.After a year I received the payment. Because of they did pay I have adjusted my stars. Contractor Beware!

Heartland is one of the most unprofessional places ive worked the management is awful the women in the office are jealous of staff and will stay on your backs until they can fire you if i could rate 0 thats what i would rate not good pay and very petty company are should i say office staff do not have staff's back at all

Upper management treats their employees horrible!! If you want to be cussed at , screamed at and talked to like a dog then this is the place for you ! I have audio proof to back up what I say !
