I got a pretty terrible haircut here. This is after showing up when the app told me to and waiting an additional almost 30 minutes. Now I see why the wait at the Michigan Rd store is always much longer than here. You’ll get a much better cut over there.

I got a fabulous cut at an incredible price, especially for Zionsville .. but it was much more than that. My favorite location ever. Always friendly and quick and easy but sadly it has been listed as temporarily closed for about a month so not sure what’s happening with that.

Warm, friendly service. Julia did a great job with my 11-yr-old son's haircut! I downloaded their app and could see wait times, check in online and got a notification 15 mins before.

Disappointing service, didn’t get what I asked for. My hair was uneven, so I went in, and said that I was wanted my hair cut to where I would be even. After she was done with cutting my hair, she said there was a piece that shorter but she didn’t want to go that short (I thinking to myself, shouldn’t you have asked before you started?) the woman said she can cut it more, or layer it a little bit, she thens starts layering it. I wanted to scream, I wanted it cut so my length is straight/even. Wouldn’t it be easier to ask at the beginning to ask, so you don’t have to cut my hair twice or I have to go in for another haircut to try and get it even since my hair is still uneven

Only open for 5 minutes, but needed a haircut, buzz cut. Turned my 12 year old away. Never be back. Missed a nice tip.

NOT the place to go for a kid's haircut. Checked my 2 children in online and waited for out time- when we got there, Neither stylist seemed like they wanted to cut kids' hair. Couldn't hold my youngest (Covid restrictions ?) Refused to cut his hair. My 4 yo non-verbal son sat still well, but I had to wait away from him, and she didn't cut the style I said, didn't brush off his face/ neck after, and didn't style hair at all. She also didn't ask what I thought before getting him out of chair simply proceeded to check out. Had a great experience at the Anson location, thought would try here since it's closer to home and less wait time- will not be back.
