IF YOU HAVE A TESLA DO NOT GO HERE. Justin Peppers was very nonchalant during the whole process of providing an estimate and submitting it to Tesla Insurance. He did not put much effort into providing additional documents for any discrepancies with my insurance and even told me that I should pay a certain amount " out of pocket" because he did not want to provide supplements to the insurance. Do not go here to repair your Tesla.

So the work they did is wonderful but all an all I had a terrible experience and I’ll never bring another vehicle there. Took over 2 months till the work was done and over a month before I even got any updates and I had to call and bug and bug to get them. And then finally I had to call to find out my car was done. Worst experience ever I would have rather left my car with all the dents and not delt with the headache before I take it back there again..

The staff created me pleasantly and professionally. Russell took the time to inspect the dents and scrapes that needed repair prior to the start of Indiana winter weather. He suggested stopping by for a couple hours and his team would take care of of the minor damage quickly. Mission accomplished! Now, I am less concerned that those down to the metal stone chips won’t result in rust by Spring. Thank you Team Connan! Much appreciated. Alice 8/31/23

If you want First Class service, then this is the place to go. I took my Tesla there after I was hit by an individual and they did an incredible job of repairing my Model 3. They kept me informed throughout the process and I believe I was able to get my car back sooner because they are a certified Tesla repair shop. Tesla even sent me a survey asking how they did. The best part is they handled dealing with all aspects of the insurance company. It a great experience and I would recommend this Connan's to anyone needing the car repaired. You will be satisfied with the service you receive.Services: Painting

Took my car here to gets fixed and I couldn’t believe how long it took to finish, almost 6 months. Even after the car was released, there were on-going issues caused by the body shop. One day it was “oh we’re waiting on a part”, another day it was “paints drying or it needs another coat”. Their manager was also very unprofessional. Please save yourself that headache and find another place.

The team at Connan’s has always done great work on my vehicle. When I recently had an accident involving an insurance claim, they went above and beyond in dealing with my insurance company, and I knew they were making repairs with my best interest in mind. They were also accommodating of an early vehicle drop off since I would be out of town when repairs started. I am so glad to have found a body shop I can trust!Services: Painting

I’ve placed my trust in Connan’s twice, most recently to do body and frame repair and match paint on the new quarter panel. The work is flawless, and their customer service was excellent.They explain the repair process in as much detail as you need. One of the repair technicians even took me to see a car with similar damage so I could understand how they’d assess the damage and what I could expect depending on what they found when they took the car apart. I walked out understanding what I was dealing with and had confidence the people working on my car knew what they were doing.They have excellent “bedside manner.” Every time I reached out for updates they responded right away. I always knew the status of the repair. They’re patient and kind and understand most customers are in unfamiliar territory, dealing with insurance companies, arranging rental vehicles, trying to anticipate any supply chain delays, and generally unfamiliar with the process. They’re honest about how long repairs will take and work as efficiently as they can without cutting corners. Put simply, they care.I highly recommend Connan’s. How good is Connan's? So good, I'm not worried if (or when) I have ah accident. They fix cars to OE standards. They will fight with the insurance companies to ensure your car is put back together per OE specifications. The work is fantastic and only surpassed by the great group that takes care of you!

Ran over a curb and when I reversed, my right front bumper came off a bit. Brought my car in for free estimate @915 and at 10:50 am it was ready for pick up, looking brand new and with a repair price that didn't break the bank. The owner Bryann Connan gave me the estimate and gave me a ride home as well. Excellent service. Would recommend

Receptionist is like a robot vs getting me to someone who can help. My insurance is willing to pay $2100 to replace a mirror on my car that only takes less then an hour to install. Attempted to find out how soon they could work something like that in. Instead one must schedule an estimate which is a waste of time if they are only going to tell me they cannot work me in to fix it for months. Driving a $80k car with a damaged mirror doesnt fly with me.
