From the time I spoke with Kelly on the phone and met Briant has he explained how the repairs were going to be made, I felt very comfortable. I took my vehicle to four other BMW, certified locations, (one was two hours away), but Burnside made me feel the most comfortable, and I was impressed with their facilities. Not over the top, but clean and professional. I would recommend to use Burnside Side. They got the repair done timely. I wasn’t rushing them because I wanted them to do a good job. It turned out great as you can see by the photos.

I was rear-ended in my brand new SUV. My dad recommended Burnside Collision to me and it was a great recommendation. Everyone I spoke to was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
However, when I got my suv back the back door hatch that was replaced was not centered correctly. There is a wide gap between the lights and the door. I have to call to get it fixed correctly.
Update: they were extremely kind and fixed the back door quickly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend them!

Briant made the process super easy from start to finish. The car looks dealership new, they even professionally detailed inside and out. Tbird time Ive taken a car to Bunrside, I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Will definitely be back if needed in future (hopefully not :)

This shop did a wonderful job repairing my 2021 Mazda. Their partnership with my insurance company made transferring from the rental car to my vehicle an absolute breeze.

Called today to get an estimate on repairs - my insurance allows for me to shop around and choose which shop I want to use. My insurer only provides etimates on cosmetic damage that can be seen, as with all insurers. The damage you can't see has to be assesed by a shop...simple common sense stuff. I called here to see if I couldn't get in to get an estimate and the guy on the phone just wanted to argue. No problem sport, I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

Burnside is the best placed I have ever had body work down. Kelly is amazing and makes the process with insurance and rental cars very easy and seamless. Burnside is very customer focused and honest about how long it will take to complete the work. I will always take my vehicles to Burnside in Zionsville for any work I need done!!

Everything about the entire experience and process at Burnside was top notch! They were super friendly and accommodating. The text update system was great and they were very responsive to my questions! They got the work on my wife’s vehicle done in a more than reasonable timeframe and I received a daily update. After spending multiple years in automotive I can honestly say that Brian and his team are miles ahead of other repair facilities when it comes to efficient and effective customer service. Can’t complain globally - they initially estimated about 10 days repair time for my car and it did get delayed by 3 days, but wasn’t a big deal and when I called to clarify they did communicate to me that’s what was going on. Overall as far as the actual repair went it looks great.
