“Had a fantastic experience with Jon McPherson and team at Caliber - Zionsville. My repair was fairly simple, a new tailgate, but it came out better than I expected. When I took delivery on my car, not only was the tailgate perfect, but the entire car was incredibly clean (Inside and out). When I was pulling out, one of the techs asked me to stop, one of my taillights was out, and he changed it on the spot without charge. Seems like a small things, but the small things are the big things. Very much appreciated for the great work gang.”

I took my vehicle to four other BMW, certified locations, (one was two hours away), but Burnside made me feel the most comfortable, and I was impressed with their facilities.
