“Beyond excellent customer service. Whenever you go into a branch you are greeted with kindness that transcends the industry standard. When I needed a cashier check to purchase my car, the bank teller was able to complete the transaction even though I had arrived after the closure of the branch. Whenever I called the customer service line, my concerns were promptly addressed. When I go into a branch location, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I have banked with many other financial institutions, and none have matched the standards set by Huntington. If you are lucky enough to live near one of their branch locations, you would be remiss if you chose to bank elsewhere.”
“I recently needed to get old records printed from my bank due to their cutoff for accessing information online. After an unhelpful call with customer support, I decided to visit my local branch. Unfortunately, the manager was out, and the staff there couldn’t provide the correct information I needed. They told me that a manager was available at another branch, so I decided to drive over to see him—and I'm so glad I did!

“Bank of American is establishing a brick and mortar presence in Indiana and this branch is part of that expansion. The offices on 421 opened recently with open lobby and drive through options. They have lobby hours six days a week which was appealing to me. In fact, they are two of six banks within a two block radius that offer Saturday hours. In addition, they have 4000 sites available nationally. There is also an ATM at this location. I stopped in to open account and found Relationship Manager Kevin Kennedy friendly and eager to assist. He spent time with me on two occasions to explain options and assisting with transfers. In fact, I'd say he went above and beyond to assist. The manager, Tosin Olajde, is also friendly and knowledgable. I'd rate customer service 5 star. This branch is offering specials for opening account at this time. Interest rates were slightly higher than other area banks. Maximum perks require opening multiple accounts. The building is traditional with small offices to transact business. This parking is easy to enter from southbound, but a little more challenging northbound with heavy traffic flow on 421. There is plenty of accessible parking. I found their website easy to understand and navigate. Information was current. Staff was wearing masks. There are face masks and hand sanitizer available at the entrance. They currently suggest making appointments for lobby visits but are flexible to walk-ins.”
