Both Dean and Avis have been spectacular to work with and willing to go the extra two miles! I am looking forward to my new apartment and community life.”

Wonderfully pedicured, areas to talk/ ride one's bike, shop, rest, hang out with friends, find something to nosh on at a nearby restaurant. It's a great place to be!”

Maddie the property manager stayed on the phone with me for 20 mins answering all my questions and helped me get my application approved in short order on a holiday week. I moved in a couple days later and Abby went over everything with me and made the move in very easy. The apartment and the complex in general I’m very pleased with. Would highly recommend.”

Like many if not most apartment complexes, there has been turnover in staffing but senior management remains responsive and new staff are brought up to speed quickly.
I’ve met many wonderful fellow residents and enjoy the location and its amenities.”
“Staff member was very friendly and informative. Loved the viewing of the staged apartment. Cost is expensive to reside there and with the extra fees is a bit discouraging. Otherwise, it's a nice and potential place of abode.”

“Maintenance used to be a nightmare mainly do to lack of coordination however Cliff has fixed issues with my fireplace and bathroom sink that 3 maintenance members tried and failed over 2 years. Requests were managed within days whereas they would've previously taken 2 weeks. Total night and day”
