We go there quite often because it's not too far from our home my main concern is I am always looking for green tomatoes and him have a night very hard time finding any. But keep up the good job because it is a very nice lovable in friendly place to go”

I love having someone check me out rather than a robot - it makes me feel like when I was younger. The staff at the Jefferson Pointe store is incredible. (Grace is a super hero! She makes me smile every time I go there! Several others do the same... Just a really neat place to grocery shop for quality food!)
I do recommend you check your receipts because their loyalty program requires you to input a phone number and sometimes it doesn't work and you pay full price.
It would be nice if they modernized the membership with a barcode on a card or keychain holder.

There is limited parking off of Pontiac in back of the store. Parking most likely would be fine at off peak hours. The store was packed with items and narrow aisles with stockers/customers, so you don't have a lot of time to really look.”
“Got just about anything you need. Almost everything is at a great price. Can't complain about anything I've ever bought there except the noodles/pasta. They just don't cook up right. Texture is off. And chicken breasts tenders used to be the ish pricewise. Now, they are just as expensive as every other place.But, hands down, my go to any day”

“The person behind the register wasn't very friendly and since I was walking it would be nice if they would double bag because they are heavy to carry and harder to get home in single bag.”

“I came by this Kroger Marketplace as I was in the area of this one and needed to buy groceries. If I am near a Kroger Marketplace in Fort Wayne, i usually buy from them since they carry Boar's Head Products. I think Boar's Head Deli meats are the best deli meats on the market, so I will frequent a store if they sell it. I find it odd, though, regular Kroger's do not carry it. The deli had a large order of Deli meats from me, and they got it to me as quickly and efficiently as they could.While here, I also got some other items I needed like milk, chicken, pork, soda, items from the fruit/veggie aisle as well as a card to send to a friend of mine for her birthday. They also had some beautiful flowers for a great price, which I took home! Shopping here is great, and I recommend it!”
“Had the BEST customer service at the self checkout. I realized that I forgot my Kroger card and my card was so old that my phone # wouldn't work. The lady doing the self checkout was more than happy to help me get a new card, link it to the app then show me how to use it. All this help in between her helping other people at the checkout lanes. She did all this with a smile and patience. I thanked her and she said no problem, she likes to help people with the app and save money. Retail work is not fun or easy but she makes it seem so. I wish I would have got her name. ❤️”
“I went in on a Sunday after it snowed, so I'm sure that had a lot to do with the availability in the store. It was mostly clean and the staff was friendly and some days that really goes a long way.
Didn't use the bathroom, so I can't vouch for that. Maybe next time. I'll keep you posted.”
