Place looks ok and clean, but diesel pumps need service. I am on 17A pump and it’s really slow for a high flow pump. The right side additional pump is not working at all,while the left one is barely leaking. I’ll be here pumping 60 gal for maybe 20 min and since I already prepaid, I have no choice but to wait… Get new pump filters, maybe they are clogged.

Workers got their cousins brothers uncles and whoever else in there hanging out instead of doing their job and also got kids running around like there isn’t people waiting to get taken care of and then the workers look like they are on some drugs drugs

Absolutely rude the kid in there I didn’t get his name I should have but he worked on. What is it October 17, 2023 at eight at night so whoever sees this he needs to be fired immediately. I came in they’re asking for a carton because I had a $10 coupon you could provide me with that so I went outside and decided to come back in and use my three dollar coupon because I did not want to make another stop. I live far from Muncie where I work. I need to get home. When I come back in, he is struggling with the coupon. Questioning, it’s valid. When I receive coupons from the manufacturer camel in the mail and via my phone. So again he is not able to help me with my coupon and I said, can you not just type it in and he said calm down and threw my cigarettes and my coupon back at me. He was absolutely rude. He said you were coming in here getting rude with us two times. no I was not getting rude with anyone. I was getting frustrated when I wasn’t being able to get the product I needed twice. Maybe somebody needs a little bit more training or training in customer service because he’s a little too immature to be working in a place where he has to provide service to people, face-to-face, throwing things at them, and telling them to calm down is absolutely inappropriate. I’ve worked tons of customer service jobs in my life and customers come first unless it’s extremely bad OK and I definitely was not that I just wanted my cigarettes and I could’ve went to a totally different gas station to spend my money, but I decided to just go back in here and spend it here. Next time I will not purchase anything in this gas station. It’s because of that boy in there that I will not do that so the young man and he has shaggy hair and he looks pray about early 20s maybe any worked 8 PM on October 17, 2023. He needs to be fired. He needs to learn a lesson that you can’t treat people like that and customer service and maybe the next time you go to another job you’ll feel better equipped and be more prepared that this is serious! .

The cashier told us we had to check ourselves out because she was too busy talking to another customer. Then when we asked for a bag for our things, she said, in a very haughty tone, that they were out of bags. Then we learned that the self check out would not allow you to purchase gasoline, which was not stated when she made us go to the self check out. The parking lot was full of trash and the restrooms were filthy. We will both avoid GetGo gas stations from here on.

This location is always out of my ZYN Coffee pouches. They forget to order them or something. Very frustrating because it's on my way to work. And I ask for them all the time. Other locations have it. You tell me ? What's up!!

Cheapest gas available on my current commute. Easily accessed from I-69 lots of pumps to make your wait minimal if at all.

Has truck parking. Only 5 spaces. Has fuel/defYoung lady at register was polite. Has all your basic gas station needs. Has a cafe but didnt try it.
