I absolutely love Lois Pearl. I live out of town and don’t make it to the store but shop online all the time. If I have questions about how something fits the Lois Pearl crew is always quick to respond. I get lots of compliments about my clothes and jewelry.

I mistakenly received the wrong pair of sunglasses and after emailing Erin she was able to figure out that they had mixed my order up. Erin helped me out when the wrong order came in and refunded the sunglasses as the original ones I wanted were not in stock. I highly recommend this user friendly online boutique.

I started shopping at Lois Pearl about a year ago. I love, not just the attention to details of the clothing, but to each person that walks through the door. Again, shopping local is like going into a friends home….you become family. ❤️ If you haven’t been in this little gem, please stop in, say hello….and I know you will walk out with either a beautiful candle (the jars are great for repurposing), a cozy sweater or a pretty piece of jewelry.

By far the best customer service! I went in for an outfit for myself and my oldest daughter for a special event. Not only did Sara help me find the perfect outfits and accessories for us, but she also helped me track down coordinating outfits for the whole family! I love that it is local and I can stop in, but I also like ordering online when I find something I really want. Beautiful shop Erin and wonderful staff!!

I wanted to find a pair of Grace & Lace distressed jeggings since they have been sold out for a while. Lois Pearl had the jeans, so I placed my order. Not only did my shipment arrive quickly, but there was a very nice and thoughtful surprise inside. The gift was wonderful and the packaging and hand written note are what will make me come back again and again! Great customer service Erin and Lois Pearl!!!! A+
