Been with this agency for a long time. Recently my wife had an incident while I was out of town where someone hit our car in the parking lot. When she called into the office she was impressed with how kind and helpful the lady on the phone was. She got everything handled for us really easy. We later found out that Jaime Roberts was the one who picked up the phone. She was excellent kind and professional. We are grateful.

Jaime is AMAZING. The claims adjuster in TX was being extremely effasive. Jaime agreed to review and submit my documents to save me the stress. She is almost always available to answer questions when I call. If I am sent to voicemail, she returns my call the same day.
