The Doctors and staff show so much compassion. Dr.Smih.has taken care of my cats for the duration of their lives and Dr.Hancock really knows the feelings we have for our cats.

I have been going there for years bi call today because Lucy has been sick all night you would think after 25 years and $$$$$ spent they would try and help you get her in . There response is we could see her 2days from now I'm like really so all they are there for is money and could really give a crap if your dog is sick . No help at all and I will withdraw my business from no compassion place . There's always a place and time to squeeze a dog in . I'm what the f really tks for nothing this place sucks anymore

Fantastic animal hospital. They properly diagnosed my cherished cat, Thor. He had to get some teeth removed and the surgeon that did this was very competent. The staff are very professional and kind and I felt comfortable being in their presence. They also had a cat on their desk as I went to pay which made the experience so much more hospitable. As an animal lover I of course want to make sure my precious boy is in good hands and these people are fit for the job. It's been awhile since Thor's surgery and we've had no additional problems thus far. I don't believe they'd ever string someone along in order to squeeze as much money out of them as possible, which of course, is disgustingly common. IN SHORT: they are trustworthy, well worth your money and will not let you down!

I took my silver lab, Bonnie, to AMC most of her life, even after relocating to Noblesville. The veterinarian’s were always so kind and good with her (as was all of the staff). They truly showed they cared. In cost comparison, I always felt they were competitive. I hated that they weren’t able to come to my home to help with my girls journey “home” and I had to seek someone else. I would’ve definitely preferred to have them! If I’m ever able to stop my grieving and adopt again, I will absolutely trust my pups care to AMC again. Thanks for giving me 12 beautiful year with my Bonnie.

I’d give a zero if I could. I literally carried my dog in my arms through the front door only to be denied care because I did not have an account with them. Only shows who’s in it for the money cause this place did not have the heart to actually care for a dying dog who was found to have congestive heart failure. And it was at no help from this place. Disgusting.

So thankful for this animal center! Dr Smith is so caring for his patients and their families. Had to take our our dog today to get her ears looked at, and the appointment fell right at our infant's nap time. His staff was so professional and friendly. They allowed me to stay in the car with the sleeping baby while they took our pup in to be examined and treated. Dr Smith then came out to the car to let me know what was going on, and take care of everything from there. 5/5 would recommend!

You can tell when a place actually cares about animals. Don’t know what I’d do without them.
