Please file a complaint with Senator and Congress, Ken Buck.There is no escalation process in place for postal employees and please contact Congressional District 4 for filing a concern to Ken Buck. buck.house.gov/contact/e…This is getting out of control and something needs to be done.No one to file complaint because it goes to supervisors that are mismanaging these locations and don't care themselves. I have tried to file complaints about Adam since 2020 and nothing is done. They don't have an escalation for mail tampering and not getting important government documents. I call facilities to indicate that the mail was never returned for car tags/registration, credit cards, or IRS issues. Something must be done. It is crisis. They sabotage you when you sign up for a box at UPS Stores also. They initially make sure your forwarding mail doesn't get to you. I even requested a level up since police indicated that they couldn't do anything to resolve this problem. It went right back to the same supervisor that does nothing. It is crazy.

I'm glad it is open 24 hours a day to access the boxes, but it would be nice to have more access to a person.
