Use to go there all the time to wash blankets when they opened the laundry mat. Until today. No post on the door they don’t have quarters. When I tell the cashier they should post a note the old lady starts saying we do have quarters I said no the lady said you don’t she goes oh ok whatever with a smart mouth! Once again customer service does not exist anymore. Let’s run a business that takes quarters without quarters. And if that old lady is the owner she needs a rude awakening with her mouth!

I stopped in here to use the restroom and get 4 drinks, chips, and some miscellaneous snacks. I really had to use the bathroom and when I walked in this kid was on his phone looking down texting. I didn’t see a bathroom so I asked “Please tell me you have a bathroom?”. While still texting the kid rudely Informed me “around the corner” and barely noticeably pointed. With that attitude I just went t to the bathroom and left, which I wouldn’t have even done if I didn’t really have to go. My husband also informed me that the kid didn’t even acknowledge he was there except for glancing at him when my husband walked in the door, though he wasn’t on his phone anymore suddenly. When I walked out he was being plenty polite to the guy at the register, so at this point I feel the kid not only had a phone problem but may potentially be sexist as well and that isn’t okay. I won’t be returning here which is unfortunate because I’ve seen this place and passed it many times before and with how often I frequent Woodburn, I’d have loved to have a new regular stop.

Update your diesel pump, its irritating to have to go inside and guess how much i need, so i only bought 7 gallons. Enough to wait to fill up in ft wayne, my tank holds 45.

Advertised diesel (cash or credit) price was significantly lower to reel us in, by .25 per gallon, however wasn't true. Photo of current advertised price provided. Neither clerk knew how to run Com Data card (one of the more common payment methods for truck drivers) truck entrances not marked and one line diesel pump (with satellite pump). SHOULD NOT be advertised as a truck stop! Not open past midnight, either. Single stall bathroom only. Will be looking for a double charge on our business com data since we ended up paying for our business fuel with our personal bank card, and cashier retained our com data info (why?)
