I am not originally from Indiana so I am not familiar with where to go if my car needs any repairs. Heckley Auto was recommended to me and I am so happy it was. My car has a weird window issue in which Todd took time out of his morning to look at it. He was so friendly and very knowledgable. I will continue to go here for car problems if they can service the repairs, and will recommend them to future people.

I had a flat tire yesterday near the end of the day (lucky me- it was one of the coldest days of the year). I was able to make to Heckley's on my donut, they warmed me up and quickly found the hole in my side wall. Thanks for your help and working me in so quickly! Very grateful!

Took our vehicle in for a bad vibration and noise in the front end. Ended up being a bad power steering pump. They replaced the pump and installed a filter to catch any metal debris that cane from the damaged pump. Our vehicle is running great couldn't be happier this was our 1st experience and was definitely a positive one.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Recently relocated to the area and Heckley's was recommend to us. From my experience they are some of the nicest people, amazing customer service, they have been able to get our vehicles in for service in a short time frame. I feel their prices are very reasonable, they have been transparent on cost and work they have performed on our vehicles. We have went to them for oil changes, shocks and structs. Even recommended that the dealership resolve one of the issues I had them look at. I have been very happy with their work and communication.
