Theft! Beware! These storage units are not secure. My mother had the lock cut off of her unit. Someone stole her jewelry and other items including the companies lock from inside the unit. The biggest issue with the company is when it was brought up to them, they would not refund her deposit because the missing lock. There is something else not adding up. She called and told them she was moving and the next day it is broken into and the lock is missing that would only be know by the company of the process. I would strongly suggest to not use these storage units. There website also states video surveillance but they do not have cameras.

Was not friendly at all didn't want to run our information half the time and tried uping our fees with us not being there even a year.
