Definitely could be quiet misleading this is a blue post office mailbox sitting outside of a gas station.

I was waiting on an Amazon package. Full disclosure - I have 2 large dogs on a large piece of property. We have an invisible fence so the dogs stay by the house and the mailbox is by the road 200 feet from the house. I hear the dogs barking so I go outside to get them. As I'm calling them, I see the mail carrier standing by my neighborsneighbor's mailbox. He was either ignoring me as I'm calling the dogs or he was listening to music. I then get a notification that the carrier would attempt to deliver the package on May 9, 4 days from them. Why not the next day or Monday? Why 4 days from the first attempt? Then that same evening they drop off another package at the front door but don't bother to bring the first package. So I am careful to keep the dogs in the house on May 9th. No package. No package on May 10, even with the dogs kept in the house. On May 11th, I go to the PO and ask about my package. It was sitting in the back room and not on any mail truck. FYI - The Post Master informed us that they don't put notices in the mailboxes anymore because "it would be too much work" and " they don't have time." Fast forward to May 20. I'm waiting for another package that was sent out on May 8 and it's overdue and no notification or tracking number. I call the company to ask if it was mailed off. They emailed me back with the tracking number. I use the Shop app and it says the packages was held "by customer's request" on May 13. I never put a hold on the package, so I called the PO at least a half dozen times in 2 days and to ask about this but no one ever answered. My husband goes to the PO on May 20 to ask about the package. They can't find it. My husband goes back on the 24th and, voila, they find the package. My husband talked to the Post Master and she just kept saying she wouldn't put her carriers in danger. So they don't put notices in mailboxes anymore and they can't find packages when you go to pick them up. . . . totally incompetency! I'm requesting all my packages be delivered by UPS or FedEx from now on. I've never had any issues with them. Maybe they can train USPS on delivery services?

Workers are not friendly and at times hostile. I fear for my safety when in their building. Postal workers abruptly close up their "window" and leave without explanation. Their breaks are more important than customer service, covering one another or being a friendly face for the US Government.

Extremely slow and an employee was eating sunflower seeds at the counter, grabbing the shells out of her mouth and serving customers at the same time. Extremely unprofessional and unhygienic

Super friendly and helpful desk staff. They move people through as fast as they can without compromising customer service. The office is clean and well organized. We haven't had any issues to date with our mail delivery from this office.

This is not a post office, this is a blue mail box.
