Absolutely horrible customer service. Hung up on me mid conversation. I called to ask about years past years bank account statements and activity and they and they refused to do so with out charging $5 dollars per statement because they are so incompetent's it takes them so long to look them up you have to pay them to do it. I can only imagine what other errors occur if the are so unintelligent and lazy they have to be paid extra to look up simple documents and email them which is standard aspects of the job as is. Definitely get why they are local and not a larger banking system. I would rather support small business but this is a prime example of why they epically fail into days world. Massive fail expect the shaft and stupidity as the maximum service provided. Literally every other bank did this for free with out a question asked. Sad this should just be in the computer system but they are not even competent enough todo this either... whats the point of online banking again? Will be sharing with everyone I pass and I have had many other warn me of there shady games or features they claim to have that just fail such as 24hour services.

I've used FSB for some years now. They are top drawer. I don't want to bank anywhere else.

Tellers and office workers are very knowledgeable and respectful. Most can answer all of your questions and take care of whatever banking needs you may have. Excellent service. A++
