“Harbor Freight is a great place to grab that tool you use often enough that you need to buy it but seldom enough that you're not looking for the top of the line.That said, the staff deserves this review. They were in credibly helpful when I stopped in after work. I needed 3 random things and could not find any of them. Everyone I encountered was gracious and jumped in to help me find whatever I needed while also being knowledgeable about the items purpose and features. There's no way you're finding that these days at a Home Depot or Lowes where the first thing they do is try to search the item on their app because they do not know where anything is in their big box store. Even the cashier at Harbor Freight knew where a propane refill adapter was in the store to let me refill camp stove propane bottles! A much more pleasant experience than at "those other guys."”
“WOW, I had so much fun wandering and getting lost it this store. I had never been in a Harbor Freight store before this, but I had heard of it through other DIY'ers. I went in for nothing, not knowing I needed so many things before I exited. Next time, I need to bring a small truck or trailer and really have fun! LOLThere was lots of parking in front, and the staff were efficient and friendly.It was a great experience, and it will be on my must visit list for the future. I will also check to the website for a sign in for specials and updates.”

“My Hobart ace is the best, they have helped us numerous times replacing old pipes and stuff for our older home, most recently the gentleman rebuilt our old water pipe in the basement connecting the water meter, he used what he could of the old pieces and made it new again, the project was a success and no plumber was involved. Love these guys!”
“We bought a house 11 months ago and it took us the first 6 months to rip out the old and we've spent the last 5 months rebuilding and slowly picking out things we love for our new home. I have spent hours searching the web night after night looking for the perfect hardware to make our home unique, warm and inviting. I finally decided on Wild West Hardware for our barn door pull. After ordering I realized I didn't see anything about screws. I emailed the company late that same night and to my surprise the very next day Mike (the owner!) replied to me. He informed me the screws are definitely included and that our door pull was in powder coating now and would ship soon! That actually surprised me ~ thinking they would just pull it out of a box and ship it ~ now I feel like I'm receiving a special item just for us. 💞 We received our barn door pull the end of last week and got it up this weekend! We both absolutely LOVE it!! Installation took maybe 10 minutes. I want to post a review for several reasons. This company (which I found out is family-owned) has gone above and beyond what I expected. This door pull couldn't be more perfect for the look we wanted! The weight feels solid and the craftsmanship is absolutely beautiful! They even included two different size screws so we could choose the look we wanted!”

“I have only had one bad experience at this store. I'm going to chalk that up to a bad day. It is always clean and well stocked. When you need help it is usually easy to find someone. Love the self checkout. The topper though is the hotdog smell wafting through the store. She always delivers with a smile and a great dog. Pay more and get their dog over the Costco dog.”

“Gavin, in paint was very knowledgeable on what was best for our project. He took his time actually listening to what we are wanting to achieve. He made appropriate suggestions ultimately saving us time, money, and effort. It's a rarity to see a young person take their job seriously, have initiative. Side note, that area was very busy, but he still took his time.”
“Nakita was awesome helped me out tremendously more than what she needed to and more above her pay grind, I wanted to take a moment to recognize her and I hope the store does to and realize what a gem they have and should raise her pay to keep her there because no one cares about customer service anymore especially the way that she did. You literally can find the products that I bought from anywhere now of days but that customer service she gave is what keeps me coming back to Menards, and I really hope the store and the company Menards recognize her because they do not make them like her anymore. She would make a great store leader and make upgrades to any store with her knowledge. I needed help with virtual pay where almost every store accepts Menards for some reason isn't connected to a lot or doesn't accept it, Nakita (and I'm sorry if I am mis spelling your name, it was a quick look at your name tag) showed me a way so I can shop at my beloveded store again (and it wasn't easy but she made it easy thats why the Menards needs to upgrade her so she can improve the service and show the company how to make more money because virtual pay is taking over and is almost accepted every where at a super quick of a button most people don't even carry cash or card on them anymore it's all in their phone. Menards better get into the times and Nakita can help with that. Just saying”

“Awesome store with extremely helpful staff. They were unable to help with my last issue, but guided me in the proper direction. While looking around, noticed tons of little things that would be handy in a pinch, like tools, repair kits and adhesives. They can duplicate just about any key, even for your car. Great option if you dislike huge box stores and for me, it's close and convenient. Neat and well lit.”
