Online showed an item in stock. Bought and paid and went to pick up only to be told they are out of stock. I offered to buy the floor model with no discount, no box no warranty because i needed it. They said nope, not gonna happen and walked away saying, you have to go to Hobart. Sorry, it's not gonna happen. So i had to wait 7 days for a refund. From now on, I'll gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to go to Home Depot. I never minded the slightly if not generously overpriced products because they are 3min from my house, and its convenient. But this is the 3rd time this has happened. Take care ACE. You lost a loyal customer who was at your store 3 times a week.

Awesome store with extremely helpful staff. They were unable to help with my last issue, but guided me in the proper direction. While looking around, noticed tons of little things that would be handy in a pinch, like tools, repair kits and adhesives. They can duplicate just about any key, even for your car. Great option if you dislike huge box stores and for me, it's close and convenient. Neat and well lit.

The associates are very helpful! So refreshing to enter a hardware store where they actively seek you out to make sure you are taken care of. They help you find what you're looking for and are knowledgeable in all things hardware! Great selection of bbq rubs and spices too!

I had just found out that they have free pick up, you can go in or they can deliver it to your car. All info to what you need is given when you order, witch for my order was, my license for I d and my order number. I called and they asked what my order was. Sent person out to collect info and I signed, received a receipt for order, witch was sand, and that was in the parking lot in front by road, had me pull back there and he loaded it up, then I was on my way. All was done in a timely manner. Was pleased. I hear people say they are to exspensive. You might be surprised, I have been surprised, several times, to find thier price was one of the lowest around. All stores have something at a lower price. As a older women that isn't as strong as I use to be, I was thrilled that I could have someone load up 50 pd. Bags for me.

The young man sweeping outside opened the door for me. What a nice gentlemanly surprise! I was exchanging my propane tank for a new one and that same guy/kid carried it to my car. His parents raised him right!

Easy to get into and the parking lot is big. Store is clean and well organized and the staff is very helpful as expected with an Ace.
