DO NOT INTERACT
If they have your dog and you're Ohio side, you better start grieving. You won't get them back and they'll force you to give a video confession that they aren't your dog and never let you see them. Cops run it and are Bullies. You are screwed if you don't have FB and post publicly or 'enough' about your missing animal.

They do not protect animals. You voice concern, they send a cop out, they leave. The animal is left to starve and suffer.

Not open when it says they are open. Phone number on building goes straight to voicemail.

Called over n over no one answers my calls. I've drove there multiple times to see if my lost dog was there. He wasn't so I adopted a new dog and they told me that he was good playful really good around kids and people but when I got him home he was skittish he wouldn't come to you he would crunch down and like a little ball and try roll over if you walk up to him and he would shake like he was scared to death he didn't do well with my kids at first nowhere close to being house broke whatsoever I love the dog to death he's absolutely gorgeous it's taking me well over a month to get him adjusted and just starting to get potty trained and it's been rough because he's had to been either beaten or neglected which breaks my heart and I don't think he was ever out of the cage he just wants to run and play now and he's still skittish of people real shy kind of backwards but I'm getting him to come around so that's a positive thing and we'll just keep working with him and go from there he's part of the family and I will never turn my back on him he's my little puppy.
