I can't say enough about how good these guys are.My son bought a car that they'd put a transmission in and we brought it from Winchester to Indianapolis where we live. A little less than a year later the transmission stopped shifting. Two phone calls, and a call back from Andy later, and they CAME AND GOT THE CAR. Let me repeat that, I called them on Thursday and we talked again Saturday and on Monday they came from Winchester with a wrecker and towed it back to their shop.They advised me that it might very well be a repair that was not covered by the warranty, but rather than have me take it to another shop locally where, if it was a warrantied repair, I'd have to pay for it, they volunteered to come get it, and did so on the very next business day.Tuesday they called and the minor repair, that was NOT covered by the warranty was fixed for what would have been a more than reasonable price had they not towed it from Indianapolis to Winchester.Quite possibly the best experience with car repair EVER. Certainly as great a interaction with a repair shop as I have ever had.Well done to Andrew, Andy and everyone else involved. A hearty, "Thanks!" to the whole crew.Service: Transmission
