Would give a 0 but not an option. She is rude, disrespectful and told me to get another insurance company after I filed a claim. I have had insurance with them for a long time. I had roof and inside damage and they covered nothing. They are not a good neighbor. Run as fast as you can to someone else! I called corporate never heard back. There is absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Don't use this state farm company not helpful. You are wasting you money and time!! I am not the only one who has had issues with this agent. Many other people I have spoken had the same bad experiences. Don't use this agent !!
So this agent again is rude, disrespectful, over talks you. Won't let you get a word in. I never threatened, yeld or did any disrespectful to this agent. No you never responded to me nor did the corporate office respond to my concerns about your disrespectful behaviors. I have move my business from your agent and will never do business with this agent. And I will spread the word how rude, disrespectful this agent is. I am not the only one who has had this experience with her. Many other people have. Again. The WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BECAUSE THERE IS NONE! I have spent thousands of dollars in insurance with this company. This is very horrible behavior for a so call profssional. I was never threating to you or your professional. Never used abusive language. How unethical of you suggest such a thing. I have complained about what you did not cover to no help whatsoever. People run as fast a you can and get another company
