In general, I have had positive experiences shopping at this location. In fact, while I have seen CVS employees at various stores be helpful to customers, I have seen more personalized assistance provided to other customers at this Winchester location in a handful of visits than I have seen at any other location, including those I frequent more often. I have not used the pharmacy at this location.

Annette and Evan are in the driver seat. They are professional and they will listen and respect my concerns as well as couple other shout outs the Mgr of the Store up front and your great Pharmacy, thank you John Bryan no relation to Luke lol

The two younger male pharmacist I dealt with were extremely nice. Before the people that I've dealt with have been very short with me. Today these two young gentlemen were overly nice and helpful I've never had this level of hospitality at cvs before

Rude pharmacist. Have had problem getting prescription filled at this pharmacy more than once. Takes days not hours to get prescription filled. Have used this location for many years and until 2 years ago never had a problem.

Terrible, so slow!! And wrong change back, did I mention slow? I sit in line at drive thru for 5 to 10 minutes and push the call button several times before anyone helps me! Ridiculous

Pharmacy staff not friendly, repeatedly mess up prescriptions and refills. Even after speaking to them on the phone. Dentist office also had issues with Pharmacy staff.

Cannot say about the pharmacy, but the actual store is always clean and there's always someone to greet you/check you out quickly.

I fill my prescriptions at this pharmacy. Call them in. Days before I'm out. Call in on Monday. Pick up on Thursday. Arrive to pick them up and they're still not ready. Still have to wait. Common occurrence.

The store may be okay but the pharmacy is awful. Call and on hold for 15minutes everytime, meds out of stock, never can fill a prescription in a timely manner ever. Even when told a certain time it's not ready at that time.

the winchester indiana store.. super slow ordered my daughters asthma inhaler.. two weeks later it’s still not filled.. transferred to a different store.. ready today

The people were nice to me and I know they are under staffed. But my medicine wasn't done all day and trying to call was a nightmare. It is not the worker's fault, I am sure it is corporate/district not wanting to hire more people. However the actual phone operating system is a nightmare. Corporate needs to change it to be simple and easy, I am not elderly and I struggled trying to talk to someone.It was very frustrating.

My prescription was supposed to fill on 9/11 but when I checked back on 9/13 it was still processing. I called and after dealing with a horrible automated system it had the option to let the pharmacist know I am on my way. I clicked that option and drove the 20 minutes to town. We got something to eat and then went to get groceries which took about 2.5 to 3 hours. Still no text to say its ready. I wasn't about to deal with the automated nightmare again so I checked the website and it was somehow still processing. I had groceries so I couldn't hang around all day and went home.About an hour after I got home a text finally came in saying its ready. I called the next day and finally after a few attempts I got a person and I told them about my issue and all I asked for was free delivery as I felt that after 3 days processing and me sending the notice I was on my way it should have been ready and I didn't think it was fair for me to waste my gas. They couldn't even bother to help with that. I immediately sent a message to my dr and will now be going to walmart.

UPS dropoff is not worth it. I took a package and dropped off on Sunday evening to be picked up on Monday. As of today, Wedneday, tracking number is not registered into the system. Called the store, after dealing with the useless automated phone service, finally spoke to front store clerk, who said and I quote "yes we got your package." How did they know this information without asking me my name or tracking details? Wow! DO BETTER CVS!!
