Jennifer is the name of the Owner and yeah she seems to have an issue with addicts that use her services in particular. There's multiple people I know personally that have had issues with her. EVEN THE EMPLOYEES THINK SHES A B WORD. Shes not open on the weekend because regular doctors offices ain't open on the weekends. She doesn't care about the addicts who have to use her service to go to RTC every day. If your one of fhose people youvwont ha e a ride on the weekends unless you get another provider. She only provides service to them because she legally has to but she is going to make your experience awful. And she thinks she can get away with it because she has said herself that we are the only ride company in a 40 mile radius. We'll if your in Winchester I suggest using Daily Medical or Ztrip they are based from far away but they will come get you anywhere in the state on time and they are flexible just incase things change.

Had an incident with one of their drivers ...he was rude and threatened Physical harm ...called the office and they didn't even bother to call back ...have left several messages..do not use this company and the tolerate drivers treat the general public like this then they sure don't care about the people they are transporting.

If you like waiting an hour to be picked up after your appointment is done or them cancelling your transportation without letting you know then this is the right company for you

The female that schedules transportation is one of the rudest people I have ever encountered. She identifies herself as the owner and will not give her name. I could go on and am not judging based on one encounter. It is awful that hers is one of the few companies that will provide transportation for my son. After this last encounter, I will not be calling back and recommend if you need medical transportation you exhaust all possibilities before contacting this company.
