We love our car and Darwin is so easy to work with. He had gone over our car with a fine tooth comb to make sure he knew everything about it. Koby, the Service Department Manager poked his head in to make sure to let us know his Department is there if a need came up. BEST DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I am a die hard Ford girl and I now drive a Dodge Durango. They gave us a GREAT price on our trade in and a GREAT price on the vehicle we purchased. No back and forth haggling with a "manager". Our salesman Justin did all the negotiating directly with us. I felt like he was on our side through the whole process. (Not trying to get one over on us like dealerships do). I didn't leave with the usual feeling that I was bullied. I left feeling like I was in control of the process and that I got exactly the price I was looking for. I'm very grateful for my whole experience.

Friendly people and clean premises. Had a key fob programed. They did it quickly, but I later discovered they forgot to cut the emergency key inside it.
