I never knew what quality care for my father could look like until he was placed here. The changes I see in him since he has been transferred here are outstanding. He is actually thriving and so much happier. He is bathed and kept clean. His room is always clean and there is never an odor. I am so grateful for this place and the staff. His favorites are Abby and Cilla. They are amazing employees and go above and beyond for my father. I cannot thank them enough. I feel like a big weight has been lifted off me knowing he is receiving quality care. Thank you!!

My husbands sister has recently moved to Williamsport Nursing Home and Rehabilitation facility. The staff have been very accommodating and made her feel at home. They take care of her medically and physically as well. She enjoys the activities and special thing's that they do. The nursing staff and administration, especially Kaplan Hines helped get her in, settled with as little stress to her and welcomed her. She feels at home.

I have been working here for 6 months and I must say this is my most favorite job. The residents and staff have become part of my family and this place just feels like home. If you are looking for a place for your family member please check us out. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Very neglectful, inhumane treatment, & Incompetence. Patients aren't even treated as if they are human. Please don't send anyone here. They lie about the services they provide. Basically, it is abandonment. The facility does almost nothing. They do just enough to keep the patient there to continue getting their check. I went in on a Tuesday, they refused to continue my regular prescriptions for chronic medical conditions (prescribed by specialists who know me). Abrupt discontinuation of my medications made me very sick. They wouldn't let me talk to the doctor about it until he came in, which wouldn't be until 5 days later. It's shameful at best, negligence & malpractice is more appropriate. I ended up in the ER twice due to errors they made during a very short stay there for rehabilitation following ankle surgery. I’m an alert, oriented person in my 40s. I also witnessed how poorly some of the elderly residents were treated by some staff members. It was abusive. I will be filing a complaint.

My mom was their for 38 hours JUST FOR REHAB. SHE WAS NEVER TAKEN CARE OF. DIED SOMETIME DURING THE NIGHT AND WASNT FOUND UNTIL THE NEXT MORNING AT SHIFT CHANGE. IM REQUESTING HER RECORDS ALL HER RECORDS OF HER SHORT STAY THEIR

I have had two family members in the facility. One family member was in this facility long term and another family member in for rehab to home. They are compassionate and caring to each one of their residents. I would recommend anyone that has a loved one that needs extended care to consider this facility. All the staff are friendly and give each resident individualized personal care.

My 98 year old grandmother spent some time their recovering after a hospital stay. She really enjoyed the therapy program and the food. She is now living on her own again in one of the facility garden homes.

Wonderful facility and caring staff. The CNA’s are friendly and great with the residents, the therapy department is great, and overall a welcoming home for your loved ones.
