My family been coming to Glicks for years for deer. Great people, awesome prices, and your meat is always ready in a timely fashion. My family and I have gotten several European mounts done and they all look great.

Our son gave us some bacon and brat burger patties to try from his 4-H hogs that were butchered there last year. We were extremely impressed! Of course we wondered why we’d never seen anyone prepare brats in patty form before. Our grandchildren were in 4-H again this year, and we needed a place to do some butchering for us. We couldn’t wait to give Glick’s a try. They sure didn’t disappoint! I can’t say we’ve ever had smoked bacon from a butcher shop that was as good and that fried up as well, and the bulk packages of ground pork have just the perfect amount of fat mixed in, which can be a problem at some butcher shops. But our favorite thing we enjoy is the brat patties! Glick’s is a great place to do business with if you like a clean business run by fine, friendly people! Highly recommend!!

This is the best and most reasonable butcher shop I’ve found they have excellent customer service. I drive from an hour away to get my pork from them! Definitely a hidden gem. You do have to leave a message to have them call you back but be patient it’s worth it.

This is not a traditional butcher. You order sides, quarters, or whole, beef and pork. Then you pick it up when it's ready and cut to your specifications. Curing is also offered.Chickens when available.They also offer processing of your clean meat in appropriate containers (no garbage bags) and cure it into meat sticks, summer sausage, etc. For you.The meat is quite literally fresh off the farms you drive past getting to them. See that cow, that likely could be your years meat waiting.Impeccably clean, reliable, honest, and they will gladly walk you through the process. You won't get better than Amish grown meat from an Amish butcher around these parts.

John and his family are honest and trustworthy people. They go over every part of your slaughter with you so you are sure to get the cut quality you want. My family won’t go anywhere else!
