Honestly this place just screamed terrible the moment you feel the energy inside, an old woman came to the front and was very snappy with me when I had just entered in and had questions, flowers were Sub -Par at best and the prices were, for lack of a better word, ludacris. Whiting could use a flower shop that cares about the flowers they grow and the people they send them off too

Personally went in and ordered a prom bouquet and corsage. Had them write the order out so there would be no misunderstanding of what was requested. Set pick-up time for 9:00 a.m. When going to pick up the order was told it was not ready and the designer was not yet in the shop. Come back two hours later. Came back and the order was nothing like the one I had placed. My order said NO ROSES and the bouquest was entirely made of ROSES. The corsage was gaudy and nothing like ordered. They totally ruined what was to be a special bouquet for prom. Had to have the entire order redone some place else. Would not recommend this florist to anyone for anything. They take your money and disappoint their customers.

Flower arrangement very sparse. Flowers did not look fresh. Quality was just no there. Unfortunately this was not the first time we were disappointed, but it will be the last.

How is it possible to have a website where you can place orders through directly, and yet the order never goes through on the shop’s end. It makes no sense. If placing an order online doesn’t work, then don’t have that option available. What a waste

I have some dear friends in Whiting and I've been ordering from this flower shop for a few years now. I always call my orders in (it seems to work better when ordering flowers in general) and my experience has always been pleasant. This year, however, I couldn't order a Christmas arrangement before Christmas Eve due to finances and Whiting Flower Shop knocked it out of the park. They were only doing designer's choice by that time so I gave a price point and that was it. They had that arrangement delivered within three hours and it was beautiful. They didn't have the original vase I had been hoping to get but the substitution was even better. This was my first time ordering an arrangement from them. My past orders had been Easter lily plants that also turned out wonderfully.

Very disappointed!!! First they rushed my order as when I arrived they said they have to make it! After waiting 15-29 mins I finally got my moms boutonnière and it was horrible! I asked for two of the same kind of flowers and one rose . We always get my mother for Mother’s Day . She then tells me that the purple flower is gonna bloom in 24/hours in time for Mother’s Day ! Which we all know that is false !!!! NEVER GO AGIN!!! Thank

My son ordered flowers for me. The florist left them on my door step, even though I was not home. They called to say they left them on my porch, bu again I was out of town. They didn't bother leaving them with a neighbor. My neighbor discovered them on Tuesday as they blew over and had lost all the water. She did call the florist to ask why they left them when no one was home and they told her it was a holiday and their policy was to leave them. I feel bad my son wasted money.

I've went there 3-4 times, only in a pinch. Compared to other places, the flowers aren't quality. The delivery guy is completely incompetent. Makes me wonder who ties his shoes in the morning...

I ordered a birthday gift for my goddaughter. It was a cute dog in a box. It was delivered and looked like a little kid or a dog made it or sat on it. So disappointed.
