What a great experience at this salon. From the massaging chairs to the hospitality from the owner and staff, just a fantastic experience. The girlfriend had an amazing time getting a pedicure and manicure saying it was beautifully done and relatively quick. Thank you Rose for such a great time!!

Actually never had service done here. Tried coming in on 2 separate occasions. Called in advance to ask wait time, both times was told 10-15 minute wait. Get there and I'm waiting 35-45 minutes and still haven't been serviced. I just walk out and drive somewhere else. Being a mom, I'm constricted on time. Nails take 35 minutes to an hour to start, then sitting and waiting adds on to that. Can't speak to the customer service or the actual nail quality.

Once I saw how horrible the shape of my nails were, I decided not to proceed with the polish. Spent $20 for this…. $10 for soak off, $5 for “shape” and $2 debit card fee. & because I’m not a horrible person, I tipped the guy $3 for trying to fix something he didn’t do.
Honestly, don’t even bother with this place. It’s a hit or miss.

This place was okay but in terms of sanitation it was pretty gross. I would really never recommend this place for pedicures, maybe manicures are better but pedicures, no good.
There wasn’t individual packets opened with new tools like nail clippers, pumice stones, cuticle cutters, etc. So since it wasn’t new tools that were opened, she was washing those tools in the water my feet were sitting in, it was pretty gross. She didn’t even make me take my feet out to wash the tools either, they were just all in the water together. She would also dump the nail and skin clippings back into the water as my feet are soaking…
I don’t really know if it could’ve gotten more gross so overall I was disappointed. The staff was nice and stuff so there’s potential! They just need to fix some of their practices.

Wanted to like this place. Nope. If u have a entire evening to waste to get a pedicure then this the place for u. Filing uneven. A lady working on multiple ppl. ?

Horrible service! My nails are all different lengths, she cut them WAY to short (which I did tell her), my nails all filed crooked, and she cut me twice! I’ve had bad experiences here before, but I thought maybe because they were not busy. It would not be such a big deal. I will never go here again. I do not recommend them at allService: Gel manicures

I got a mani and pedi, my nails keep snagging my clothes, I have to feel filing them down on the sides. $30pedicure and $8extra just to file the dead skin off, that should be included. Won't do this again!!!
