Horrible !!! -0 stars . Left my car on the street UNLOCKED AND WITH THE DRIVER WINDOW DOWN ! Like they wanted someone to steal my car ! I went in to confront the owner about it and he ignorantly asked “ did anyone steal anything” “ I have cameras around “ I said ok well show me the cameras of how long my car has been sitting there UNLOCKED AND WINDOW DOWN! He told me NO then had nothing to say he started to smile this ugly stupid smile . 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

I went here about a year ago as NW mufflers and brakes was the brand. Never had them inspect anything other than what i told them to do this time i came in and they welded my exhaust like I asked.
I came here last week, noticed the northwest sign and a new sign that said statewide LLC. I asked them to recharge my ac after i installed a new compressor and they said it had a leak. I told them over the phone i don’t want any repairs.
Here’s where it gets bad, because I also asked them to mount my tire and balance my tire , they scratched my rim and didn’t put weights nor clean the inside of the rim like they intended to put weights. There were no weights at all and my car drove the same when i expected them to fix what i asked.
It was only $35, but service was terrible and they weren’t packed. it was a monday
$20 Mount tire
$10 balance (didn’t do)
$5 tire disposal fee ( didn’t offer if i wanted to keep the tire demanded the $5 very rude owner)(indiana has a $2.50 tire disposal fee and that’s what most other places charge)

First tume here and most likely my last. When I arrived, they said it would be a 2 hour wait, and I had 3 other cars in front of me.Although affordable for simple body work on my car, that doesn't make it okay to make customers wait for OVER 3 1/2 HOURS, just for them to be done "fixing" the car in 30 minutes. Way to be at disrespecting a customers time.

My grandfather came in needing pads, roters, and a caliber for his car. The owners and workers were very personable and professional. I'm happy with the service and professionalism!!!! My grandfather is looking forward to returning. Thank You, Fernanda for your assistance!!!!!

Didn’t tighten the oil cap on my wife’s vehicle after changing the oil. Luckily it was noticed in time. Tightened it, cleaned it up as it was leaking and took it somewhere else to be evaluated. She then took it back to the shop afterwards to let them know what had happened. All they did was look at the vehicle (which had already been taken care of) and said they’d talk to the employee who worked on it. Have had this happen at another shop in the past and it ended in the engine being blown, That shop taking zero liability and having to buy a new car 100% out of pocket. Not going to let that happen again. We will not be returning and I would recommend looking elsewhere to service your vehicles because this place is careless and customer service is clearly lacking as well…Service: Oil change

Horrible customer service! I’ve been going here for years and recommend it to my family. I got a service completed today (dash camera) When I got inside my car, my front driver’s window was broken and worst part was my car was unlocked! Someone could’ve gotten inside and stole my items. I assume it’s the owner, tried to argue with me and made it seem like it was my fault their service man damaged my vehicle. Never received a call to pick up my vehicle, but yet the front employee was making calls to everyone else. Never coming here again.

Got breaks done, front and rear, $550. Breaks now click and screech. Took it back and still have problems. While waiting for them to correct the problem. Another customer had to bring her. Car back.Service: Brakes

Great fast service by Jose and the team. Stopped in to get my exhaust inspected. Looked at, and fixed in about 2 hours. I will be back when necessary. 6 stars!
