If I could give them 0 for customer service it would be too high of a rating! Person I spoke with to disconnect service when we moved was beyond rude and extremely unhelpful! So disappointing that customer service and just being polite to another person is a thing of the past for some!!

It felt great to finally cancel TDS tonight!It takes over an hr. To get any customer service on the phone and twice this week my Internet quick working!Tds says they can't address my issue for a week.Some people work from home and can't go w/o service for that long, all while tds won't won't compensate you for any downtime.They only care about getting paid, but providing horrible service.We were paying over $100 for unlimited service and now we have T-Mobile which is HALF; THE PRICE. And they even have better service as wellIf you're in the 47234 area go with T-Mobile and finally get rid of TDS!I hope their company folds and closes up for good! Cooperate greed is all they care about.They won't be getting my service ever again and they lost 1 hell of a good customer!!They don't even deserve 1 star.

Poor quality of services and the staff is very rude. Couldn’t call or receive calls on the phone. They wouldn’t come out to look at it even with an appointment and would lie and say I wasn’t there. Had to call several times to get the services disconnected and they wanted to argue with me about it. When ever it rained the services would not work and they would not get them fixed for days. They had very poor services, if you get tds make sure you check your speed and get what you’re paying for.

Stay away from TDS. They make a bunch of promises, that they don't keep. The price will go up without warning. And their customer service is the worst...it takes 45 min each call and they put you on hold constantly.

Inconsistent service. Outages occur frequently. Technicians are great trying to maintain customer service. TDS, UPGRADE YOUR LINES!!!!!

I canceled my service in May and they continue to send me bills and take money from the previous autopay.Why does an internet company have such a poor website and no app?How many times do I need to confirm that I am canceled before you stop billing me?

We have the TDS Fiber at our house. We are getting a solid 300 mbps. It is the fastest internet we ever had. The TV service is great as well. Our bill is the same every month. Love it!
