This place is the worst truck stop driver's just park anywhere that they want to in the driveway fuel island There is dropped trailers that have been sitting there for weeks taking up spaces and management doesn't care They have lost all their good mechanics and I know I live In Whitestown for 20 years Obviously corporate doesn't care What a shame this use to be a nice truck stop What a hell hole now Just shows how bad management and lack of corporate guidance can kill a business

Jessy answered all my questions and fixed my coolant leak in no time. Heather and her service team are courteous, friendly and understanding. Always a good experience at TA and Petro service departments!

Been here since noon, it's nearly 4am. Shop doesn't tell me they can't get anyone on the phone in past 3hrs, so I just leave. Took me all of 5m to get after hours on the phone after parking.

What a big joke!!!!!! Got fuel at 07:30 then go in to get a shower, only to be told no showers til probably after 8. As a driver, I don’t have time to sit around and wait, if showers are not up and running when I am!!!!!

Holly and Melanie in the shop were awesome...Melanie got me right in and was very Very helpful in my repair it wasn't an easy night for any of us but she kept a positive attitude and kept a smile on my face through a time consuming process!
At the end of Her watch she handed the torch of to Holly and she too kept the positive attitude! I had an electrical issue that turned into a rental truck issue and Holly handled it like the professional that she is ...both ladies got it done and with the tech they had on duty got me repaired and outta there. Thanks to all 3 including the tech I can't leave him out he stayed past his time to go home to get me out
The trio would be an asset to any organization.

Did our reset here. Country Pride is closed but the pizza was really good and everyone in the store were nice. Showers were clean and roomy. Nice laundry room and all the machines worked. Night security guy was super helpful and pointed out a much better place to park. Got a service done and two tires replaced. A little slow but well done and the techs kept us informed. Then, had an electrical problem and our truck would not start. Multiple techs worked on it and then the afternoon supervisor Lethal (actual name no joke) worked on it, tracked down the problem, established that the parts were unfortunately not available from Freightliner but got the truck to a point where we could safely operate it. Very impressed with his ability and attitude. Overall I think this is a good place to stop and take some downtime.

This TA has made it to one of my favorite stops to get any maintenance or work done on my truck. Today I came in for slack adjusters and oil pan gasket replacement, full service pm. Todd was the service teck that took on the job. Todd has an amazing attitude, professionalism in his work and he treated my equipment as if it was his own. He didn't just make sure he fixed what needed to be fixed but cleaned every part of any debris before putting it back on the truck. Thanks Todd for your hard work your professional attitude and respect will definitely be back for future services.

You're right. The country pride restaurant was excellent. They need to bring that back. Y'all need to go complain to the corporate company now period cause they're pretty rank people.

Absolute disappointment. At 915 you don't choose what to eat you get what they got left at the Popeyes. Please bring back country pride ! But you better have your parking ticket in the window or else ! Lol what a joke . The fuel also is crap dark yellow almost brown ! WILL NOT BE BACK ! Sincerely , ultra one platinum member !

the service center is terrible, I asked for air to pump up a tire, they send me to the office. the employees are all very busy with something incomprehensible, they constantly go from the service to the trash cans to smoke

Their mechanic shop sucks. Got there at 2pm check in. Was told at 11:33 pm that I won’t be seen til only mechanic get back from road side. 11 hours wasted for just a PM.
