I have a strange mutation with my nails. This salon works beautifully at being aware of that condition and making my experience as comfortable as possible. The woman who always does my nails is Maya, and today she outdid herself! :D I was worried this design was going to be a little complex but just look at the results!! Get your nails done here!!! (You'd be silly if you didn't)

Mya, the nail tech was absolutely just amazing!!! She was so personable, super smart and kept my time with her just enjoyable. She took her time with my nails and was very helpful in decision making with my nails. The staff was very sweet and very attentive. the salon was very clean and mindful of their clients. Hands down, BEST salon I have ever been to and I highly recommend them, especially Mya. Thank you Sisters' Nail & Spa. ??

i love love love this nail salon. i’ve been getting my nails done for about over a year at this place, and everytime im even more in love than my last set left me. i have attached some of the nail designs i’ve done over the time .

I’ve been here a few times and it has consistently been the best nail salon experience I’ve had in a long time. The staff is very friendly and takes their time to make sure you are satisfied throughout the process. I gave a design and she made it look even better, highly recommend!

I have been coming here since 2019 and I could not recommend this nail salon more. I am definitely the type to want more of a design and Lu exceeds my expectations every time! Just make sure you schedule an appointment ahead of time. They’re worth the wait!

Sisters is the BEST spot for nails in Indy!! Not only do they honor your appt time, they are kind and welcoming with a huge selection of gel and dip colors. I’ve been going to one manicurist for years, but have had friends who have multiple technicians and never had a bad experience.
I’m someone who is very picky about nail salons and before finding Sisters I would bounce around to different salons every few months. I won’t ever have to switch again and am so thankful I found this spot!!!
Cleanliness: The most clean nail salon I’ve ever seen. There are often times I’m the last appt of the day and I have seen their evening cleaning routine — everyone pitches in and they deep clean at the end of every day.

We moved to the area about 6 months ago. I went to Sisters Nails to try them out and I have been with Wan ever since. I can’t say enough about Wan. She does an amazing job she listens to how you want your nails done. She is kind and really gets to know you. She has even done designs for the holidays. Give her a try you won’t be disappointed.

Love this nail salon! Everyone is so friendly, they don’t ever rush your appointment even if people are waiting they make sure to take their time. I usually get the deluxe pedicures and have had a lady named Sammy twice. She’s amazing! I highly recommend this place.

So I went in to get my nails done because I had an event I was going to on the weekend with my boyfriend for his company. I had only wanted to do regular polish due to the fact that I am in health care and my facility does not allow me to have any type of artificial nails or gel polish. While I was in the middle of getting my service done I was told i had to pay. Initially, I was fine with this and didn't think much of it. I payed and tipped the manicurist before they were done painting my nails. Everything else was fine up until I went to the dryers to make sure my nails were dry before leaving. I was told to sit there for ten minutes and then I would be good to go. After the ten minutes was up I go to put my shoes on and immediately the polish is ruined. Initially I felt terrible feeling as though it was my fault. I sheepishly go over to one of the employees and explain my situation and they were able to redo my nails. This time I make sure to stay for longer to ensure I don't ruin the polish. I sit there for TWENTY FIVE MINUTES, to ensure I don't ruin the polish again. An employee actually ended up coming over to me noticing I had been sitting at the dryers for a prolonged period of time and told me I was good to go. So once again, I go on to try and put on my shoes and once again the polish is ruined. It's very obvious at this point that the polish was just old. 3-4 different staff members end up crowding around me and looking at my nails saying that they can fix them. The salon at the time was packed so I felt humiliated as they were standing over me trying to look at my nails and talking amongst each other. I ended up saying I wanted gel polish just to get everything over with so I didn't spend an additional hour there. I was then charged an additional 20 dollars for a "polish change". I understand that they work very hard and I was appreciative of the fact that they were able to redo my nails but overall I ended up spending almost $90. To top everything off once i got home I realized that the polish on my toes had also been smudged.. keep in mind I got my toes done first, meaning that polish had been drying not only for the thirty five minutes I was sitting at the dryers for my fingernails but also the time I was sitting getting my fingernails painted. It was just a terrible experience and I will never go back.

I’ve been coming to Sisters for three years now and have had a great experience. I never request a specific person, as everyone who works here does a great job. They are super friendly and will happily repair chips, etc. I would leave a 10 star rating if possible!
