I used to love going into the store, prices were very reasonable, and staff was friendly. In the last year every time I visit the store it is manned by a teenager who if he even looks up from his phone, does not even smile or offer assistance. We were there yesterday and my daughter who is barely 21 tried to make eye contact and smile in hopes of getting some assistance. He stared her in the face and looked back down at his phone. I won’t be shopping there anymore.

I like that u can return shoes with a receipt without a limited time restriction they also have a nice selection & friendly workers

Can't beat the prices. Occasionally have issues finding size 13 in the shoe I want. But the selection is so vast, I can usually find a good substitute. Staff at this location has been friendly and competent.

I really like this store and have been there 4 different times but went today and picked up some new hey dude boots and when I got back home after work found that they had given me 2 different mates and both right foot shoes very disappointed about it but still have 3 stars due to this being the only issue I have had so I'm gonna go back to the store tomorrow morning and I am sure that they will fix thier mistake

Had never been in this particular store..very large, lots of shoes. Clerk very nice! Nice and clean store. Will go back!

Clean, friendly, helpful. I came in looking for shoes for my 3 yr old son. Quickly found a pair that he would love but not in his size. A female employee helped me order his size and have it delivered to my house. The delivery was on time and in great shape. My son loves the shoes and I am a happy happy customer.
