However when I was in the process of getting a unit no one answered the phone, no one was ever at the facility, so I’m taking off a star for that reason. They need to do better on customer service and answering questions.”

You can always see her out and about walking the units making sure everyone is ok and have everything that is need to move in and out of the facility. she came in when I was see BUG in my unit and got the help I needed she just madew feel so comfortable every time I came to my unit we need more employees like Pat she is awesome keep a part of your team you would be winning.”

“This is the only place I would consider renting from. The staff are great and easy to work with. I see a previous review where someone had to move their camper but I think that is due to a new building with more units going in. When I started renting a few months ago, there were only around 11 units left out of the 800 or so units available. So seeing that they are expanding is not a surprise. I was lucky to get the size of units I needed. I have used them in the past during a move and are using them now for a move. Again, I would not even consider using another company unless I was unable to get a unit due to being sold out.”

“This climate controlled facility is AWESOME. We stored a full dining room set (2 corner cabs, buffet, table, 6 chairs) in a 5x10 unit for 4 years and recently removed it in PERFECT condition and NO sign of "critters". Just what you want when storing furniture or personal items!!”

“Storage of America is so great I had some issues with uhaul storage didn’t know what I was going to do after being told no be other facilities/storage units I had some financial after issues dealing with uhaul I couldn’t afford the admin fee this one worker came through went to the bank and helped me with the admin fee I will be a loyal customer and will pay double to that employee for going the extra mile ❤️”

“The facility is clean and well maintained and feels very safe.But there is literally no point in having a public restroom if it's ALWAYS locked with no way to get in it to use it. Why not put a keypad lock on it so that the patrons who rent units there can access it. Especially those of us with young kids who are potty-training or have small bladders.”
