“This is the only place I would consider renting from. The staff are great and easy to work with. I see a previous review where someone had to move their camper but I think that is due to a new building with more units going in. When I started renting a few months ago, there were only around 11 units left out of the 800 or so units available. So seeing that they are expanding is not a surprise. I was lucky to get the size of units I needed. I have used them in the past during a move and are using them now for a move. Again, I would not even consider using another company unless I was unable to get a unit due to being sold out.”

“Pretty well kept grounds. My My main complaint is a reminder needs to be made that if you are at your unit, stay as close to the sides of the driveways as possible so you don't block others from getting to their units.”
“The facility is clean and well maintained and feels very safe.But there is literally no point in having a public restroom if it's ALWAYS locked with no way to get in it to use it. Why not put a keypad lock on it so that the patrons who rent units there can access it. Especially those of us with young kids who are potty-training or have small bladders.”
“I rent a storage unit here. The facility is safe and clean, and I really like it. However when I was in the process of getting a unit no one answered the phone, no one was ever at the facility, so I’m taking off a star for that reason. They need to do better on customer service and answering questions.”

“I had a great experience using the location. It is a self service location where I could always pay using cash or card. Never had a problem they couldn't fix. On a seperat occasion when i was helping someone move, I got locked inside the gate because the person with the code left and there. phone was dead. Customer servitwere able to get me on the phone with an actual person. She then assisted me in getting out of the gate.
