So, I moved back to the area recently from out of state and I had been pet sitting for some friends. I have my own pets but they sent me to Petco for some of their needs while they were out of the country. I really didn't care to go back because the three kids working seem to be more interested in themselves rather than customer service. However, today I went in for myself and took a dog with me. Kalie was outstanding and provided wonderful service and also sign me up for the membership program. One person can truly make a difference in retaining or losing a customer. I've always been in customer service and I expect nothing but excellent service even though we don't see it everywhere these days. Anyway, I'm not using Petco for some of my needs, as I truly did appreciate the great service I had today. Thanks.

Caydance did such a great job grooming my puppy at Petco in Whitestown. I was so very pleased with her service and knowledge about the questions I asked her regarding my puppy. I will be back. Thank You…Caydance! ??

I can't stress how great this team is. As a pet owner we always fear the cost of Healthcare for a pet.
Petco saw the issue with my dog. Didn't run a bunch of pointless, costly test. They sent me to a specialist.
They set the appointment for me.
They were awesome.

I recently purchased dog food after placing the order online and picking it up in the store. The prices were in line with other pet stores. The wait wasn't terribly long, but you are forced to wait in line behind everyone else checking out even though I had already paid and could see my order on the shelf. And there was another store associate that seemed like they could have helped.

Groomers were not hospitable, my dog got the bath with the shed release package and when I picked him up to put him in the car on my way home, my shirt was completely full of hair. I expected more from the visit. They seemed like they didn’t care. Not pleased at all..

Logan and the other young man working that day were FANTASTIC!!! Warm welcome to the store and helped me find what I was looking for. We just moved to Indiana so the hospitality we received will insure we will return to this store.

The staff was very professional. The volunteers from the Boone County Humane Society were wonderful! Their care for the one cat that was available for adoption was outstanding.
