“So, I moved back to the area recently from out of state and I had been pet sitting for some friends. I have my own pets but they sent me to Petco for some of their needs while they were out of the country. I really didn't care to go back because the three kids working seem to be more interested in themselves rather than customer service. However, today I went in for myself and took a dog with me. Kalie was outstanding and provided wonderful service and also sign me up for the membership program. One person can truly make a difference in retaining or losing a customer. I've always been in customer service and I expect nothing but excellent service even though we don't see it everywhere these days. Anyway, I'm not using Petco for some of my needs, as I truly did appreciate the great service I had today. Thanks.”
