Went in-person to find some shoes. They didn't have my sons size so the clerk (very friendly) ordered them online on my behalf. After I gave her my shipping, billing, and contact info, she asked me to verify the info before submitting. I found a mistake in my email address which she gladly fixed but she unfortunately submitted the order without letting me verify everything else. Turns out my email was STILL wrong but she gave me an order confirmation number to use online for checking status of the order. Well, the number didn't work online so I got back in line to see if they could check my order details again in case anything else was entered wrong. She said they no longer had access to change anything about the order, not even to print a receipt because they submitted it under a guest account. So manager came out and she didnt try anything, she just told me to call the 1-800 number. So I called and even they had no ability to change anything about the order. They were able to tell me the other information about the order like shipping address to verify it, which was good but I'm just frustrated because nobody had the ability to do something as simple as change my email address so I can keep tabs on my order. I even suggested to cancel the order and make a new order with the correct info, but nope, it was just "I'm so sorry to tell you, but I can't do that" over and over. Either nobody has any real power to fix things and get immediate customer satisfaction OR everyone was just being lazy and didn't want to do the work. Either way the call center person told me "just wait until this date, if it hasn't arrived, call us back". It's 2023 folks. These things should be very easy. There's no good reason for this.

I go in quite frequently and have yet to have a bad experience. There is always someone to greet me and ask if I need help with anything.

I love Old Navy. I felt a little bad because when I got to the counter today the associate's tag said "in training" and I kinda put her through the ringer. I had half my order in person and the other half online because they didn't have my size in stock. Savannah was so knowledgeable though and did everything I asked just right. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Small store with kind of an odd layout. But the staff is friendly and they have a good selection.

I went in 30min before close to get some shorts and while I was in the waiting room one of the employees with red curly hair had taken someone’s clothes out if their changing room while she had run to grab another size. The customer had to go ask where her clothes were! Then the same employee paced outside of the changing room I was in until it was 10min until close and she asked me to hurry up so they could close. I just put my clothes on and left without getting anything. It made me feel very uncomfortable.
