“I visited the Carmel store to purchase a lightweight weed whipper and ended up with several more items, all because the employee that helped me was so kind and knowledgeable.
One of my purchases was a ceiling fan. I had it installed professionally and found a glitch with the fan pull chain after the contractor left.
On Sunday, I called the store and talked to Timothy in the lighting department. Timothy was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient as we worked through the glitch.

“EDIT: Very responsive and proactive customer service, and great integrity on behalf of the company (which isn't always easy to find). Even though we had an issue, this company was very proactive in trying to make things right, which we appreciate and understand. We had an issue with some compost we ordered for my mother's garden, and I posted an initially very negative review out of frustration. A day later, they reached out to my mother personally, explained that they'd had an oversight with some new employees, and offered both a refund and even to come out and remove and replace the compost in question (which wasn't possible, but we appreciate it). Sometimes people make mistakes, but this company will do everything they can to make it right. We'll definitely continue to come back if we need more landscaping products.”
