Experienced excellent customer service in the garden center, and so this was my best experience at Lowe's ever. I felt like the staff in the garden center paid attention and were actually trying to be as helpful as possible.

We came in to buy some materials for retaining wall and Matt Walker in the outdoor area was one of the most helpful and professional associates that I've met. I have been in the business for over 20 years. If your not careful I might hire him! Thanks Matt!

I went in three weeks ago and ordered wooden fence panels. They didn’t have any on hand but they said they were expecting a shipment in that week and those panels were expected with that shipment. They said I would be called when pick up was ready. I was never called, so I called in the following week and was told the shipment had been delayed and it was now due in on May 1st. Cool. May 1st, I called in to see if the shipment had arrived and was told it was delayed for an unspecified amount of time, but I could come in and talk to a pro for more details. Went in today, explained the situation, gave my receipt number and was then told that the panels had not been delivered because they had never been ordered in the first place. I don’t know what shows up on the screen when people look up receipt orders, but at no time over the last three weeks was I told that the order for the panels had never been placed. I was certainly charged like the order had been placed. The person I spoke with today asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, but at this point I’m just done dealing with Lowe’s at all, and requested a refund. Which they gave - so that is a bonus. I went to Home Depot instead, and was able to buy the same panels...and they were actually in stock.

This is a nice store. But it oddly doesn't have self check-out. Check-out usually has enough people to get in and out orderly. But sometimes I would rather just keep to myself, pay and leave.

I've always had good experiences shopping at this Lowe's. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Most important to me is the fact that is store is willing to make things right when something doesn't work as expected or other problems come up with a delivery. This has happened a few times to me with various large purchases (water heater, refrigerator, electric mower), and it's nice to know that if something does go wrong, customer service is focused on making sure customers are satisfied.

We can't say enough about the sales specialist at the flooring department Mary Beth Gergel-Christensen. We live in Carmel, but drive all the way to that store to see her. Her knowledge of the product, her expertise and her customer service skills are incredible. She always goes above and beyond to satisfy her customers. We appreciate her very much.
