Wish I could have told you how good the fettuccine with chicken and walleye special was, but we never got it. After waiting almost 2 hours for our meal, we finally gave up and canceled our order. The bartender didn’t seem too concerned about it it when we asked TWICE about our order. She said the kitchen was behind about an hour, but at this point, the restaurant was empty and most servers were congregated back by the restroom doing their side work for the next day. I read bad service reviews but always think it won’t happen to me or the food is worth bad service . Well I was wrong, and we were WRONGED with no apology or lessons learned on their end. UNBELIEVABLE.

What a strange experience. LA cycles is currently in possession of my bike. I scheduled a time for them to work on it about a month in a half in advance because I know that spring is crazy time for motorcycle repair. 2 weeks now after dropping the bike off and being told the job would only be about a week I don’t even know if they have worked on it or if it is just sitting there. I talked to the owner who told me he should just close the place down and said that his employees are all trash. (Not a direct quote as I won’t use the real language he did) I don’t think I would work really hard for someone who talked about me like that. It makes sense that he can’t find people to work and that things can’t get done.I have tried to be a reasonable person and show some grace but after my conversation with the owner I really just want my bike back. I don’t care if they worked on it or not at this point.My advice. Go somewhere else.

Walked in and waited half an HR didn't see anyone around the whole place. Yelled for anyone that was working and no one responded. Guess I'll take my business elsewhere. Was trying to stay local and help the small guy business but if you're not interested in helping out walk ins guess you don't need my money.

This place is great! I've had nothing but awesome service! Nick was a huge help, extremely quick, and responsive! Please check it out! Not to mention LA Cafe is great!!! Best staff around!
