Just stayed here amidst the subzero temps. Everything about the hotel was great. But the front desk deserves a special shout-out! My car wouldn’t start because of the cold and of the front desk staff was very kind to come out in the cold and give me a jump from his personal car. Can’t beat that kind of

Nice hotel. Great for a long stay. Has everything you need here. Big rooms with kitchen, dishes, and couch. Nice pool, outdoor grilling. Breakfast. Laundromat. Gym. And it's surrounded by many nice shops. Clean and like home. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, but customer service needs work. I'm a longstanding Diamond member. My plane is leaving tomorrow later in the day and I asked for a 1:00 checkout time to accommodate a virtual meeting that I am holding prior to going to the airport. The front desk girl grimaced and said she could allow me a noon checkout. I reiterated that I needed a 1:00 checkout to accommodate my meeting. She responded the latest she can give me is 12:30. My meeting ends at 1:00, 12:30 doesn't work! Guess I'll hold the meeting in your lobby. Unless you are completely booked tomorrow, is this the best I can expect as a Diamond member?! Disappointing. Oh, and when they refreshed my room and didn't replenish my coffee station, I was told by the same front desk girl that I had to be the one to stop by the desk to pick up more. I reminded her that it was their staff who failed to complete the room refresh and that they were responsible for getting the coffee to the room. Happily, when I returned to the hotel, the coffee was refreshed. Not sure why customer service has to be a battle here? Oh, and the hot water is tepid at best during high shower times.

The hotel is in good shape, relatively new. However, I wasnt really happy with my stay. It was 17 degrees the night I got in. The heater in the room only blew cold air no matter how I adjusted it. And the water in the shower was simply not hot enough, I had it maxed out when I first stepped into the shower. Working long days on the road I really just wanted a warm place to thaw out but was really disappointed

We stayed at this location this weekend and loved the place. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good and enjoyed the indoor pool. The only negative I have to say is about the guest in the room above us. They kept stomping around and made it loud for us. That being said. I went down to the front desk and talked to Ireland (she is amazing). Without a blink of an eye she changed our room and made sure we were satisfied. Once again. Ireland was great.

Home2 Suites was a wonderful place to bed down. Rooms were very nice. Breakfast was very good and tables were kept clean. The pool was a great addition to let the kids unwind.

BEWARE!!!Exercise caution when securing personal belongings at this Hilton. My unfortunate experience involved returning to my room to find the couch displaced, the bed untouched, and a $300 perfume missing from my bag. The general manager, Keith, was aware of an alleged incident involving the head of housekeeping, Laura, who faced accusations of theft.When reporting to the front desk, I was instructed to provide a written statement on a plain sheet of paper, with the promise of a manager available on Monday. Unfortunately, doubts arose about proactive measures, such as reviewing security footage.I called the hotel that same day and demanded to speak with a manager. In conversation with Laura on the phone, who claimed to be a manager, inconsistencies surfaced. She stated she entered my room searching for an AirTag, unaware of its occupancy. However, the presence of personal items and the rearranged bag contradicted her assertion. Her dismissive conclusion that "perfume is not the end of the world" heightened my concerns.Upon involving local law enforcement, my belongings were coincidentally recovered by Laura, who claimed the items were left on her cart, initially misidentified as a book. During the phone conversation, she failed to inquire about the item's description, & also again stated she didn’t know the room was occupied but took a “book” Additionally, while returning my items she mentions a nonexistent bag of marijuana, coupled with a threat to involve the police, was not only unfounded but appeared to be a racist tactic to discourage pursuing theft charges.DO NOT STAY HERE

This hotel was my favorite one when coming to Whitestown, not anymore.1. Right away when I was checking in, it was EXTREMELY LOUD! More than 20 ppl, plus screaming kids at lobby area. Desk lady had to talk to all of them because we couldn't communicate at check-in. (She almost had to scream so they could hear her, she tried twice.) It was RIDICULOUS!2.No spoons in our rooms (family of 5, staying 2 nights).3. Next morning, NO MILK AT ALL at breakfast. Orange juice was pure yellow water.4. I had to use a computer to print some important paperwork I needed. All morning, some kids from the day before were using all the computers just to play. I told the desk guy, he didn't care at all.5. The pool was close all day. I asked, & they couldn't tell me when it was going to be open again.6. We were staying in the 2nd floor, the guests who were staying above us were running or jumping all night!7. I tried talking to the manager, so I could get a discount or refund but he or she was never there.We planned this fam trip so my kids could enjoy the pool & my husband could relax. This is RIDICULOUS! Honestly, I feel like I shouldn't have to pay full price for my 2 nights there!Rooms: Guests above our room were jumping or running.Food & drinks: No milk. No orange juice.Noteworthy details: Extremely LOUD!

This place was really nice I stayed two nights as I had a weekend of work in the area. The only thing that caused me to give it 4 stars and not 5, actually night be a good thing for you!I'll start with the good:The room was clean and updated, had a cool-ish view from the back side of the hotel as it sits on some sort of unoccupied small lake with no other buildings or business in eyeshot so you can have your blind open and still have some privacy. That's a room at rear side of hotel. My room had the kitchenette and soda (which I didn't use) as well as a decent desk area. The breakfast was pretty good and they have self serve coffee in that lobby area.The bad (potentially):Kids/families in the hotel both nights meant that I was woken up multiple times each night by doors slamming at all hours and laughing kids in the hallways. There was a bus in the parking lot and saw what could be middle school or high school aged kids at breakfast so maybe a sporting event there locally. Anyway, if I was there for a family stay it'd be a relief that my kids weren't the kid ones. Lol. All good but if you're staying here you might want to ask if any groups with kids were there and try to get rooms opposite from where they put them if you like to sleep ?Food & drinks: There is a Chick-fil-A close by as well as a Smoothie King plus a strip mall with several things in it which is walkable from the hotel, although I can't say if there is a sidewalk the entire way.

Convenient to the freeway. Safe community with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel itself is clean, modern, with spacious rooms. If you can get a room on the east side of the hotel, I would recommend it, as freeway noise on west side can be annoying.

Great Tesla destination chargers; 6 total. 24A output. Price is just right…free! Will keep this hotel/chain in mind when road tripping.

This was the cleanest and friendliest hotel I have been to in a long time! Not even a speck of dust and every employee was warm and welcoming! The complimentary breakfast was fresh and bountiful. We will be staying here for our future trips up this way for sure!

Loud highway next to hotel, clean room, control tv from phone, digital key for entry, overall clean. Good place for long term I was only there one night. My room was a studio king and had a kitchen. Pillows sucked but bed was decent. I’m a truck driver and bobtailed over got lucky and there were two spots side by side open. I was able to park but had there not been then I would have had to find another hotel. Not a lot of parking for cars let alone a semi.Food & drinks: Food within walking distance.

The most amazing room, breakfast, and customer service! I would absolutely suggest this motel for anyone traveling, especially big groups. The rooms had so much space.Rooms: Amazing!! Big!!
